Helelbores - Also known as Lenton Rose, this cold hardy perennial blooms late winter to earyl spring in a variety of colors. One of the first flowers to bloom during the year.
Arnold's Promise Witch hazel - This shrub blooms a golden yellow in late winter to early spring and can even take some shade. A very nice accent piece in any garden.
Okame Cherry - Known for its early abundant pink blooms, this small to medium size ornamental tree is the first tree to bloom during the spring. The leaves appear after the tree blooms which makes the flowers extremely visible.
