Golden Ruby Barberry
Golden Ruby Barberry (Berberis thunbergii 'Goruzam') is a deciduous shrub that offers a unique combination of eye-catching foliage colors. The leaves start as a rich red in the spring, transitioning to a bright green in the summer, and then turning a stunning ruby red in the fall. This compact, mounding shrub grows to a height of 2-3 feet with a similar spread, making it an excellent choice for borders, hedges, or container gardens. In addition to its beautiful foliage, Golden Ruby produces small yellow flowers in the spring and red berries in the fall, adding even more visual interest to this versatile and low-maintenance shrub.
