Title:
Rhododendron yeodense var. poukhanense, commonly known as Korean Azalea, is a deciduous shrub that belongs to the Ericaceae family. It is native to Korea and produces clusters of small, light pink to white flowers in late spring to early summer. The foliage of Korean Azalea is dark green, glossy and elongated, which turns into a bronze-red color in the fall. This slow-growing shrub is perfect for small gardens or as a border plant, and it prefers partial shade with well-drained, acidic soil. Korean Azalea is also popular for its cold hardiness and disease resistance.
